We’re looking for a curious, detail-driven and business-oriented analyst who’s ready to turn insights into action and help shape the future of our operations.

🔍 Your Key Responsibilities

1. Business Intelligence (BI) & Data Insights

• Own and maintain essential datasets (sales, prescriptions, visits, logistics, etc.) to support affiliate operations.
• Design, develop and continuously improve Power BI dashboards that translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for decision-makers.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deeply understand reporting needs, ensuring high-quality, accessible, and reliable data.

2. Sales Force Incentives & Performance Tracking

• Act as the key liaison with our external partner for bonus calculations—ensuring accuracy, transparency, and timely communications.
• Manage and optimize SQL-based incentive structures, including employee mapping, team portfolios, targets, and sales results.
• Drive continuous process enhancements, including overseeing a technical program for calculation integrity checks.

3. Operational Excellence & Process Automation

• Identify inefficiencies and build smart, user-friendly internal tools using platforms like Power Apps, streamlining manual tasks and boosting productivity across teams.

Requisitos

🎯 What You Bring

Must-Haves

• Solid experience in Power BI (data modeling, visualization, reporting).
• 2-3 years of experience.
• Strong communication skills to train and support business users, and to turn data into meaningful business stories.
• Proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and management.
• High level of adaptability and ability to navigate complex, cross-functional processes.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience working with external data providers like IQVIA or CloseUp.
• Hands-on development with Power Apps or other low-code platforms.
• Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Knowledge of incentive/bonus programs and performance tracking.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
