Mission
A highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator with extensive experience in managing and optimizing supply chain operations. Skilled in inventory management to ensure efficient and cost-effective distribution of goods. Adept at problem-solving and maintaining strong relationships with vendors, clients, and internal teams.
Activities & Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate logistics operations
- Monitor and track shipments with internartional stakeholdres to ensure timely delivery and resolve any issues that may arise
- Collaborate with suppliers, carriers, and customers to optimize supply chain efficiency

- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, shipment details, and logistics activities
- Develop and implement strategies to improve logistics processes and reduce costs
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
- Prepare and analyze logistics reports to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Collecting data from internal and external sources on factors known to mitigate supply & demand
- Responsible of safety stock levels and inventory availabily across de cluster
- Analyze sales, stock, and other data based on historical sales trends
- Coordinating cross-functional analysis activities to reconcile significant variances based on KPIS
- Interacting with sales, marketing, finance to improve demand forecast drivers
Requisitos
Must Have
- Business Partner skills
- SAP4HANA
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Inventory management and supply chain management
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Analysis and problem-solving skills such as the ability to question, accurately identify a need, and present an effective solution
- Understanding of statistical modeling and excellent database skills. Strong Power BI skills
- Knowledge of inventory metrics and KPI´s
- Ability to translate numbers and data into reliable insights and recommandations
- Presentation skills and speaking ability
- Cross-functional collaboration skills Accountability
- Extremely detail & goal oriented
- Expérience as leader is a plus
- Minimum 5 years of work experience
- Proven experience as a Logistics Coordinator or in a similar rôle
- Familiarity with logistics and supply chain management software
Formation
- Bachelor Degree: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Pos graduate Degree: Supply Chain Management & Logistics , master degree in Supply or logistics is a plus
- English Proficiency Business Level
